Returns
You may request a return or exchange within 90 days of the date you receive your order.
To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number, the item(s) concerned, and the reason for the return. We will provide further instructions. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless we confirm an error on our part.
Once your return is received and approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or offer an exchange/store credit, depending on your preference.
Exchange Policy
We offer 30-day exchanges for all customers. Please have your order confirmation email or gift receipt ready. To qualify for an exchange, all items must meet the same return conditions listed above.
Refunds
Returns are processed within 7 business days from the time we receive them at our quality assurance facility. Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email.
Refunds are issued automatically to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
